Volunteer Recruitment & Outreach Executive [Public Sector]

Location: Ubi

Work Timing : 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Salary: Up to $3,400 per month

Duration : Nov 2026 - Nov 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers through outreach initiatives, volunteer programmes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment and outreach activities to attract and onboard suitable volunteers.
• Manage volunteer onboarding, records, communications, and related administrative matters.
• Plan and support volunteer engagement, training, appreciation, and recognition programmes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate volunteer deployment and support volunteer-related initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
