Volunteer Engagement & Recruitment Executive [Ubi/11-mths]

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented individual to support volunteer recruitment, onboarding and engagement . You will work closely with volunteers and various stakeholders to coordinate outreach activities, programmes and volunteer initiatives. Location: Ubi Duration: 11-months Salary: Up to $3,400 per month Key Responsibilities Coordinate volunteer recruitment and outreach activities to attract and engage potential volunteers. Manage the onboarding process , volunteer records and ongoing communications. Plan and support volunteer engagement, training and appreciation programmes . Coordinate volunteer deployment and provide administrative and logistical support for volunteer initiatives. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of programmes and activities. Maintain accurate volunteer information, records and programme documentation. Requirements Degree in any discipline.
