Location: Pioneer
Work Timing : 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: $14–$16 per hour
3 Days Assignment : 26 November, 3 December, 8 December
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that total marks in raw marks files are accurately calculated and total 100%.
- Accurately transfer marks from raw marks files to the corresponding mark lists.
- Cross-check mark lists against raw marks files, including student names, mark order, and individual marks.
- Identify and report mark discrepancies, calculation errors, incorrect transfers, and assessment components that do not total 100% to the Programme Coordinator.
- Escalate any other errors, exceptions, or matters requiring clarification.
- Recheck corrected marks after amendments have been made to ensure accuracy.
- Complete and sign the required declaration forms upon completion of the checking process.
- Provide final sign-off once all corrected marks have been verified.

- Able to commit to all 3 days.
