About the Role
You’ll support the assessment and deployment of new technologies, coordinate data-related case reviews, and help identify and implement process improvements that make operations sharper and more efficient.
What You Will Do
Technology Initiatives & Innovation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technology initiatives involving AI, automation, data analytics, and other emerging technologies, from initial assessment and proof-of-concept through to deployment
- Research and assess new technologies, tools, and approaches relevant to business and operational needs
Process Improvement
- Review existing business and operational processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency improvements
- Support the implementation of process improvements using appropriate technology and digital tools
Data & Reporting
- Support the coordination and management of data-related case reviews and assessments, tracking cases from initiation through to closure
- Develop data analyses, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into emerging technology developments and operational performance
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field
- Prior experience in technology operations, digital transformation, policy work, or data analytics preferred
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or data analytics tools and concepts
- Good analytical skills, with experience preparing reports, dashboards, or data analyses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
