Technology & Digital Transformation Analyst - Public Agency

Your tasks

We are looking for a Technology & Digital Transformation Analyst to support emerging technology initiatives, data-related assessments and process improvement efforts through the application of AI, automation, data analytics and digital solutions.

What to expect

• Support the development and implementation of technology initiatives, including AI, automation, data analytics and other emerging technologies, from initial assessment and proof-of-concept to deployment.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools and approaches to identify potential applications for business and operational needs.
• Coordinate and manage data-related case reviews and assessments, tracking progress from initiation through to closure.
• Review existing business and operational processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation and efficiency improvements.
• Support the implementation of process enhancements using appropriate technology and digital tools.
• Develop basic data analyses, dashboards and reports to support technology assessment, sensemaking and operational performance monitoring.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• Min 2 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Experience in technology, data, digital transformation or business improvement projects.
• Knowledge of and interest in emerging technologies, as well as cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business needs and identify practical solutions.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions.
