Teaching Aide (Primary School)

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Work Timing : 7.30am - 3.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $2,760 per month

Duration : ASAP - Dec 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organise resources for Science lessons, assessments, competitions, enrichment programmes and hands-on activities.
• Cut, laminate, pack and arrange teaching materials, apparatus and manipulatives for classroom use.
• Maintain and organise resources in the Science Laboratory, including packing resources for school relocation.
• Set up Science resources and apparatus before lessons and assist teachers with the distribution and management of materials during lessons.
• Monitor students’ use of Science apparatus and provide basic assistance during lessons where required.
• Support the planning and logistics of Science activities, events and programmes, including setting up, dismantling and storing activity stations and materials.
• Work closely with the HOD (Science) and Science level representatives to ensure teaching and learning resources are well-managed.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for activities and events across other departments.
• Assist with the daily maintenance of the school’s food digestor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a GCE N Level
• Previous or related work experience in a primary school science room is a plus
