Senior Executive, Leadership Capability Development [Public Sector]

Your tasks
- Identify capability gaps among managers and leaders, and develop appropriate intervention strategies, plans and activities to address them.
- Design and develop initiatives and solutions to strengthen leadership and managerial capabilities, including the preparation of relevant content and materials.
- Support the end-to-end administration and implementation of 360-degree feedback exercises, including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions.
- Work with external partners, vendors and service providers to develop, curate and customise leadership development solutions.
- Engage with management and leaders, and provide administrative support for executive coaching services.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and interventions.
- Facilitate selected leadership development activities and interventions, where appropriate, based on your subject matter expertise and practical experience.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum a degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant leadership/learning development experience.
- Prior experience in 360-degree feedback exercises, executive coaching, management programmes, and leadership competency frameworks would be an advantage.
