Project Manager / 3-Months Contract / GOVT

Location: Central Job Type: Full-Time Contract (3-Months)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rollout of multiple applications according to the agreed project timeline and implementation sequence.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off sessions, regular status updates, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track project progress against key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and transparent tracking of change requests and project tickets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage approvals and sign-offs across key project stages, including UAT completion, production change requests, and go-live.
• Identify and escalate project blockers, risks, delays, and approval issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support scope, schedule, budget, and change management activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, risk registers, issue logs, change requests, meeting minutes, and post-implementation review reports.
• Coordinate closely with product teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination or project delivery.
• Experience supporting end-to-end IT project implementation and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong organisational and project tracking skills.
• Familiarity with project governance, change control, risk management, and issue tracking.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies effectively.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
