Programme Manager (Digital Transformation Project)

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives. You will be responsible for programme planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects and workstreams. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: Central Job Type: Contract Salary Package: Up to $11,000 (basic) + AWS Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams. Manage programme timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and technology partners. Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular programme updates and governance reporting. Drive change management and support successful adoption of new solutions and processes. Ensure programme objectives, deliverables and outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines. Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and delivery challenges.

Requirements Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. At least 8 years of experience in programme management, project management, digital transformation or technology delivery. Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. Experience managing complex, large-scale technology or transformation programmes. Able to manage multiple teams, projects and stakeholders concurrently. Experience in digital platforms, data, AI, cloud or enterprise systems will be advantageous. Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments will be an added advantage. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification is preferred.
