Up to $9500 + Medical Coverage Location: Labrador  1-year contract, renewable Monday to Friday, office hours (Hybrid)  Government-sector exposure Key Responsibilities Develop and implement talent management strategies based on the organisation’s workforce needs. Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify critical roles, capability gaps and future talent requirements. Lead workforce planning and talent forecasting for specialised and hard-to-fill roles. Develop talent pipelines in partnership with Talent Acquisition and relevant stakeholders. Manage talent identification, assessment, career development and succession-planning frameworks. Work with Learning and Development teams on targeted upskilling and reskilling programmes. Facilitate talent reviews and succession-planning discussions with business leaders. Monitor talent-market trends and emerging skill requirements. Develop reports and dashboards to track workforce gaps, succession coverage, internal mobility, retention and development outcomes. Provide talent insights and recommendations to senior management and HR leaders. Support initiatives relating to employee engagement, retention and career progression. Lead talent management projects and other workforce-related initiatives. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related discipline. Relevant experience in talent management, workforce planning, succession planning or organisational development. Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
