Support programme planning, KPI tracking and reporting to monitor programme progress and outcomes.
Conduct surveys to gather feedback and assess the reach and effectiveness of programmes and initiatives.
Review and refine funding focus areas to ensure they remain relevant to current needs.
Evaluate funded projects to assess their impact and identify opportunities for continuation, expansion or collaboration with other partners.
Review and improve funding evaluation processes, including developing consistent approaches to assess project proposals and outcomes.
Conduct research, analyse findings and develop recommendations to improve programme effectiveness and funding processes.
Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting materials, record key discussions and follow up on action items.
Support planning, reporting and the preparation of official replies to government queries when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum a degree in any discipline.
At least 5 years of working experience.
Familiar with research methodologies, data analysis or programme evaluation would be a plus.
