Manager, Audit and Compliance (Telecomms Sector)

We are looking for a Manager, Audit and Compliance experienced in reviewing findings and reports in the telecommunications industry. This role involves working closely with external parties, conducting onsite validation checks, and contributing to the enhancement of audit frameworks. Up to $7,700 per month 1-year contract wih a public agency Mon - Fri, office hours Labrador Park MRT

Responsibilities : Review external party submission reports to verify the completeness of audit submissions and achievement of required performance milestones. Assess the adequacy and relevance of supporting evidence, and validate compliance assessments, findings, and conclusions. Liaise with external parties to clarify audit findings and conduct onsite checks to verify audit outcomes and completion of performance milestones. Prepare validation worksheets, assessment reports, and presentation materials to support validation findings and recommendations. Monitor and verify remediation actions undertaken by external parties to address audit findings, gaps, and non-compliances. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of audit guidance, frameworks, validation methodologies, and related resilience initiatives.

Requirements : Singaporeans only. Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy or Engineering   with 5 years of experience in audit and compliance,   preferably within the telecommunications industry . Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and ability to evaluate evidence objectively. Comfortable liaising with external stakeholders and conducting onsite checks when required.
