Low-code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform) - Entry Level

Location: Central Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Subjected to renewal)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support low-code applications, workflow automations, and digital solutions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and digitisation.
• Develop and maintain applications, workflows, dashboards, integrations, data models, and reusable components.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and operational support for deployed solutions.
• Support ICT security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and application lifecycle management requirements.
• Collaborate with users, stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
• Maintain technical, operational, and user documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of application development concepts, databases, data structures, UI design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience.
• Familiarity with workflows, business rules, user interfaces, permissions, and basic data integrations.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, or Copilot.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, and REST APIs.
• Exposure to automation platforms, enterprise applications, data analytics, or digital solution development.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile practices, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, hackathons, portfolio projects, internships, or academic projects demonstrating practical technical capabilities.
