Learning & Analytics Executive (Part-time, West Area)

Your tasks

We are looking for a part-time Learning Analytics Executive to support a national educational institute in evaluating dashboards and supporting research initiatives to develop scalable education solutions for schools.

Requirements

*Responsibilities*

• Evaluate dashboard design, functionality and usability to support project development and improvement.
• Support research activities, including literature reviews, Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and related research procedures.
• Explore AI and EdTech tools, assist in preparing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with partner organisations, and support the scaling of these tools at the institution.
• Coordinate school visits to the institution and liaise with relevant stakeholders to facilitate engagement activities.
• Prepare presentation slides for meetings and provide general administrative and operational support as assigned.
• Review audio and video recordings and validate the accuracy of AI-generated analyses for learning analytics projects.

*Requirements*

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications or related fields with at least 5 years of experience in stakeholder/ partnership engagement and programme management, preferably within education or technology environments.
• Experience in learning analytics and dashboards, conducting research activities (e.g., literature scans and review, IRB application), and in the use of AI tools, is an advantage.
• Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently.
