L&OD Senior Executive
About the Role
You’ll work across the full spectrum of leadership development — from needs analysis and programme design to 360-degree feedback exercises, executive coaching support, and solution evaluation — partnering both internal leaders and external vendors and providers along the way.
What You Will Do
Capability Assessment & Development Strategy
- Identify capability gaps in managers and leaders, and draw up appropriate intervention strategies, plans, and activities to address them
- Design and develop initiatives and solutions to build leadership and managerial capabilities, including producing related content and materials
360-Degree Feedback
- Support the end-to-end administration and implementation of 360-degree feedback exercises, including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis, and follow-up interventions
Vendor & Partner Collaboration
- Work with external partners, vendors, and providers to develop, curate, and customise leadership development solutions
Executive Coaching Support
- Engage and provide administrative support to management and leaders on executive coaching services
Evaluation & Facilitation
- Conduct evaluation of the effectiveness of leadership development solutions
- Facilitate leadership development activities and interventions where subject matter expertise and practice experience permit
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in learning & development, leadership development, or organisational development
- Familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools and processes
- Strong instructional design, content development, and facilitation skills
