Junior/Senior Cloud Security Engineer (Azure)

Location: Central

Build your cloud security expertise while supporting cybersecurity readiness and compliance across government cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review cloud security posture findings, validate risks and coordinate remediation.
• Support AWS and Azure security configuration reviews and troubleshooting.
• Administer approved Azure RBAC permissions and cloud access requests.
• Support system go-live security readiness, compliance assessments and audits.
• Maintain security reports, remediation trackers and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Min. 1- 7 years of hands-on Azure experience, including RBAC, Entra ID, Azure Policy and secure configurations, with the ability to support AWS security configurations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Cloud or equivalent CSPM tools.
• Understanding of identity and access management, network security, encryption and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Azure security or administration certification strongly preferred. GCC/GCC+, CloudSCAPE and AWS Security Hub experience is greatly advantageous.
