Public Sector Exposure | $4,000 - $4,200 per month We are looking for an HR professional to support HR operations, digitalisation and employee experience within the public sector. Public sector exposure 1 year contract (Subject for extension Office Hours, Mon to Fri Location: Central Singapore, near MRT Up to $4200 + Medical coverage Responsibilities Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and improve HR workflows Support HR digitalisation and process improvements Create content for employer-branding initiatives Review HR policies and guidelines Coordinate employee-engagement activities and events Support other HR projects as assigned

Requirements Degree holder with relevant HR experience Min 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations, employee engagement or process improvement.
