Healthcare Operations Executive

Job type: Permanent Salary: Up to $5,200 per month Location: Kent Ridge

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of Community Care Teams, including transition care programmes and Community Health Posts.
• Engage and coordinate with community partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor operational KPIs, workload and performance.
• Support the implementation of new programmes, process improvements and technology solutions.
• Manage residents' feedback, complaints and service recovery.
• Identify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance patient and resident experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in healthcare, operations or customer service environments will be advantageous
• Good communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
