[Gov] Leadership Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced individual to support leadership development programmes and initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and external partners to enhance leadership and managerial capabilities.
Contract Period: 1 year
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6pm, Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: West Region
🗝️Key Responsibilities:
- Identify leadership capability gaps and support the development of targeted learning strategies and interventions.
- Design and implement leadership development initiatives, including management programmes and learning materials.
- Coordinate end-to-end 360-degree feedback exercises, including system setup, participant engagement, data analysis and follow-up.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors on leadership development solutions and executive coaching.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and support the facilitation and administration of leadership development activities.
🧩Requirements:
- Min degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Leadership Development or Learning & Development (L&D).
- Experience in 360-degree feedback, executive coaching or leadership development programmes would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
