Executive (Production, Arts & Culture Event) - Entry Level

We are looking for a Production professional familiar with broadcast or live streaming production processes to support the execution of our Arts & Culture Event. Asap - 31 Mar 2027, subject to renewal Mon - Fri, office hours *Additional hours will be compensated accordingly What to expect: Support the planning, coordination and execution of performance and multimedia production elements . Manage performing groups on the ground during rehearsals and event days , ensuring proper positioning, briefings and readiness. Coordinate performers’ music, costumes, props, floats, structures and other logistical requirements. Coordinate production volunteers, including recruitment, attendance tracking, deployment and briefings. Support multimedia content production, live feeds, webcasts, telecasts and on-ground activities, as well as event administration and documentation. Develop performance concepts, formation layouts and visual presentations for production teams and stakeholders. Who we are looking for: Singaporeans only. Possesses minimum a Diploma in Events or Production-related fields. Comfortable with working on the weekends and weeknights as required during rehearsal and event periods.
