EUC Infrastructure Manager

Working Hours : Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement) Working Location : Central Salary Package : Up to $9,000 + AWS Employment Type : Contract (1 year renewable with chances of conversion) We are seeking a skilled EUC Infrastructure Manager to deliver enterprise-level end-user computing services to Public Service agencies. Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for operations and maintenance of ICT infrastructure. Ensure application requirements and business needs are met, while complying with relevant government policies, standards, and procedures. Enhance the security and monitoring of networks and applications. Identify, evaluate, and recommend cost-effective technical solutions that meet project requirements. Manage procurement of solutions by preparing budget proposals and technical specifications. Plan and manage project timelines and budgets, resolving any issues to ensure timely completion. Oversee vendor performance to ensure contractual and SLA compliance, taking corrective actions when necessary. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 5 years in preferably in End User Computing (EUC), enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
