About the Role
Coordinate major office renovation and relocation project, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
What You Will Do
Office Renovation & Relocation
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of office renovation and relocation initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties — building management, facilities providers, contractors, IT vendors, and partner agencies.
- Monitor project budgets and support financial, administrative, and documentation requirements for the renovation process.
- Support planning and coordination of the office move, including setting up the new office and coordinating movement of staff, equipment, and items.
- Assist with office readiness and post-move follow-up, ensuring facilities and equipment are ready for use and following up on outstanding issues.
Corporate Operations
- Provide administrative and operational support across finance, procurement, knowledge management, HR, IT, and office matters
- Work closely with relevant teams to coordinate processes, maintain records and documentation, and follow through on administrative requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Singaporean Only
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in corporate operations, office administration, or facilities/project coordination
- Experience supporting office renovation or relocation projects advantageous
