Campus Housing / Facilities Ops AM [3-mths / West]

Job Details:

• Salary: Up to $4k per month
• Duration: 3-months
• Location: West

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs and inspections of residential and common facilities, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Advise residents/users on housing rules and regulations and escalate recurring or serious cases where necessary.
• Handle residents’ enquiries, feedback and complaints through ServiceNow, email, phone and face-to-face channels.
• Liaise with residents, internal departments, hall staff, contractors and vendors on maintenance, cleaning and facility-related matters.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance and cleaning works, including escorting contractors when works are carried out in student rooms.
• Supervise vendors onsite and ensure compliance with relevant safe work procedures.
• Monitor service requests/tickets, assign cases to the appropriate teams and track completion against established SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records in the Housing Management System (HMS) and support system/process improvements.
• Assist with trend analysis, reporting and other operational or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building/Property Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in facilities, property, housing, estate or operations management would be advantageous.
