Automation Architect (RPA)
Your tasks
- Review and map current workflows across volunteer management functions, including deployment tracking, appraisal collection, boards preparation and monthly reporting.
- Streamlining and automation of existing processes through process redesign and the use of automation tools; e.g. macros, robotics process automation (RPA).
- Engage process owner to map existing process and identify pain-points.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, duplicated efforts, manual workarounds, and dependencies across extension, exit, leadership selection and promotion processes.
- Design future-state workflows to improve efficiency, standardisation and scalability.
- Identify and implement suitable automation and digitalisation opportunities to reduce reliance on manual excel-based consolidation.
- Work with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into implementable workflow and system solutions.
