Audit & Compliance Analyst (Telecomms) - Public Agency

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional with audit and compliance experience to review audit submissions, validate compliance findings and support continuous improvements to audit and validation processes.

Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: Up to $7,700/month

What to expect:

• Review audit submission reports to ensure completeness and achievement of performance milestones .
• Assess supporting evidence and validate compliance assessments and audit conclusions .
• Liaise with external parties to clarify findings and conduct onsite validation checks where required.
• Prepare validation worksheets, assessment reports and presentation materials with clear findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and verify remediation actions taken to address audit findings and non-compliances.
• Identify areas for improvement to strengthen audit guidance, frameworks and validation methodologies .

What we are looking for:

• Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Engineering or a related discipline; other qualifications may be considered with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in audit and compliance , preferably within the telecommunications industry .
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and ability to evaluate evidence objectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to prepare concise reports and presentations.
• Comfortable liaising with external stakeholders and conducting onsite checks when required.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
