Support a meaningful project to redesign and improve an online catalogue, making information easier for users to search, navigate and access.
Location: Central Working hours: Office hour Salary: $22 per hour Employment period: Immediate till 31 Mar 2027
Support the redesign and improvement of an online information catalogue to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Conduct user research to understand users’ needs, behaviours and challenges when searching for information.
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Review how information is organised, connected and displayed to improve search and content discovery.
- Analyse current workflows, processes and data usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor relevant industry developments and prepare research findings, reports and project documentation.
Job requirements:
- Degree in Business studies, Research, History, Social Science or any relevant.
- Able to commit till 31 Mar 2027
