Project Coordinator (JD#11395)

Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a Linux Migration Project. You will work closely with Technology Delivery Managers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate project activities, track milestones, and ensure readiness for testing and go-live.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or technical delivery
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and action items
• Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills;
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Exposure to application migration, infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, or operating system (OS) transitions;
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or other project management methodologies;
• Experience supporting UAT, IDT, or go-live readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, technical workshops, and IDT/UAT preparation sessions;
• Track project milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion;
• Work with Infrastructure, Application, Security, Operations, PMO teams, and vendors to support project alignment;
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, checklists, and sign-off records;
• Support migration readiness, audit and compliance documentation, and go-live preparation;
• Consolidate progress updates and reports for management and steering committee reviews.
