Java Developer AWS

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Software Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions using Java technologies, AWS, and application architecture.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent;
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in building and managing critical applications;
• Must have strong hands-on experience in Java, Struts, Spring Framework, Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, and HTML;
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Apache Tomcat;
• Strong experience with Oracle 19c database;
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems, including Solaris;
• Strong SQL query fine-tuning and troubleshooting skills;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Desired Skill-set

• AWS Cloud experience;
• DevOps experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SonarQube.

Responsibilities

• Plan application architecture and design technical solutions;
• Develop Java and web applications on AWS and on-premises;
• Provide hands-on coding and prototyping support;
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs);
• Support build, deployment, and testing phases;
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices;
• Conduct performance and capacity assessments;
• Troubleshoot complex engineering problems and support critical applications.
