Job Summary Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead with strong hands-on expertise in VMware, Windows Server administration, MECM, infrastructure security, patching, hardening, and stakeholder management. Mandatory Skill-set Strong technical background with proven experience in Infrastructure environment; Strong hands-on experience in VMware – provisioning, hardening, and patching; Strong hands-on experience in Windows Administration – patching and hardening; Familiarity with MECM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to take ownership of infrastructure-related activities. Desired Skill-set Ability to work closely with project teams; Strong ownership and coordination skills for infrastructure-related activities. Responsibilities Manage VMware infrastructure activities, including provisioning, hardening, and patching; Perform Windows administration activities, including patching and hardening; Support activities related to MECM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager; Work closely with project teams on infrastructure-related activities; Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication; Take ownership of infrastructure-related activities end-to-end.
