Business Analyst - Salesforce (JD#11346)

Job Summary

We are seeking talented and experienced Salesforce Business Analysts to part of a dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and solutions using the Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure that the Salesforce solutions meet business needs.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, Information Technology;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.Service Cloud;
• Good understanding of SFDC fundamental concepts (application, data and security), CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud) and Salesforce Lightning framework;
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices;
• Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization;
• Strong technical foundation in integration components for SFDC and Sales Force Cloud Implementation;
• Good experience with data structures, object-oriented programming, relational database design patterns;
• Experienced in Data modelling, SQL and integration with web services;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skill-set

• Salesforce Certification;
• Service Cloud Consultant certification;
• Experience with OmniStudio & Omniscript.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, apply Salesforce capabilities;
• Conduct detailed analysis of business use cases, processes and workflows;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation;
• Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories;
• Design Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices;
• Document technical and functional requirements clearly and comprehensively;
• Develop test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions;
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback sessions;
• Communicate technical constraints to users and seek alternative solutions collaboratively.
