• Source and identify talent through job portals, events, and referrals

• Reaching out to new prospects/candidates through outbound cold calls

• Sharing what we do in a warm, engaging way

• Promote career opportunities and build a strong candidate pipeline

• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the team

• Keeping your notes tidy and up to date

• Following up with interested prospects at the right moment

• Sharing useful feedback from calls to help the team improve

🎓 You're a great fit if you:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline

• Have at least 1 year of telemarketing or sales experience

• Confident on the phone and handle rejection with a smile

• Communicate clearly and make people feel heard

• Love chasing goals and celebrating your own wins

• Pick up new knowledge quickly and share it naturally

• Work well independently but also love a good team vibe

• Hold a min. Diploma in any discipline
