Your interesting tasks
- You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of our "Design and Calculation" department.
- In doing so, you will plan and control development projects for, e.g., fittings and valves as well as high-quality stainless steel fastenings for technically demanding application areas and keep an eye on deadlines and budgets.
- With a focus on efficient processes, you will ensure strategic resource planning and actively drive optimizations – also in digitalization projects as well as strategic projects.
- You will promote the further development of your employees.
- In a solution-oriented manner, you will find answers to complex technical questions and, furthermore, approve technical documentation.
- At the central interfaces between specialist departments and external partners, you will ensure a smooth flow of information.
Your ideal requirements
- A completed technical degree or technical training (e.g., mechanical engineering), alternatively a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management as well as in a leadership role with personnel responsibility
- Communication skills and very good English in spoken and written form
- Practice in project management as well as in handling CAD, FEM, and CFD tools
- Analytical and solution-oriented action – combined with decisiveness
