YOUR FUTURE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensuring professional support for national and international, global customers
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Customer Service / Inside Sales team, consisting of 10-12 employees
• Analysis, standardization, and continuous optimization of processes in the area of Customer Service / Inside Sales
• Initiation and implementation of digitalization and improvement projects
• Escalation management for customer concerns and delivery deviations
• Responsibility for proper order processing from order receipt to delivery
• Close cooperation with Sales, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Shipping, and Finance

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in the application as well as further development of digital processes and systems
• Several years of professional experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales as well as leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of the ERP system SAP SD
• Experience in international customer management
• High communication and assertiveness skills, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as high resilience and decision-making strength
• Team-oriented and motivating leadership style
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
