Maintenance Engineer

We supply our Packaging systems to many of the world's leading chemical, petrochemical,Petroleum, Food &Beverage and Bio-Chemicals manufacturers across South East Asia and globally.

We are looking for a Production & Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our Office and Production Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties, documentation, data entry and supporting the smooth operation of the office and Production department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• You will ensure all equipment/machinery and building facilities are to comply with safety standards.
• You will set up, document and carry out preventive maintenance in accordance to standard operating procedures.
• Supervise and perform regular preventive maintenance and take actions to minimize breakdowns.
• You will enter SAP Maintenance transactions for repairs.
• You will supervise and oversee teams in each area of Production shop floor & warehousing on service and maintenance of all equipment / machines in use in their area.
• You will carry out all maintenance tasks with proper records and to control maintenance costs.
• You will be required to source for maintenance spare parts.
• You will adhere to ISO standards for all works carried out.
• Ensure proper warehouse equipment maintenance and all aspects of warehouse safety.
• You will also assist production supervisor to carry out product testing when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to trouble shoot, repair and has hands on maintenance work experience.
• Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motor and basic PLC control will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work OT & shift work when necessary.
• Well-Organized and able to maintain proper records and documentation.
• Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
