Your tasks

Duties include measuring Ingredients, following recipes, mixing, shaping, proofing and baking doughs to packaging completion, ensuring and maintaining consistent product quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred, but we will train
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food handling procedures

• Ability to work efficiently, keeping your production areas clean, organized and sanitary
• Passion for the food industry and creating delicious breads/treats

Must be dependable, and physically able to lift up to 45 pounds

• Baking: 1 year (preferred)

Job Summary Responsibilities We are seeking a reliable hard working individual for Bread and Bun baker. This is an afternoon/evening shift, 3 days per week, no weekends required. Individual must be able to work independently and alone. Experience is an asset but we will train the appropriate individual as well.

Other duties as directed or required.

Expected hours: 20.0 ? 24.0 per week
