Your impact
As Customer Director Consulting, you are the bridge between strategy, technology, and execution within the Dutch energy sector. You help leading utilities solve their most mission-critical challenges - and translate ambitions into concrete, actionable transformation programs.
Your role
Support business development and stakeholder engagement at leading TSOs, DSOs, and energy companies — from the first conversation to a concrete assignment.
Advise C-level and management, and translate strategic plans into transformation programs that are measurable and actionable.
Analyze complex business and technical challenges at TSOs and DSOs — think of the impact of grid congestion on digitalization plans, the integration of IT and OT in a rapidly growing grid infrastructure, or the digital transformation of asset management against the backdrop of large-scale investments in the energy transition.
Design and implement solutions using digital technology together with SBP domain experts — data platforms, IoT, cloud, cybersecurity — always focused on mission-critical continuity and business value.
Build and leverage strategic partnerships with advisors and technology partners in the utilities ecosystem.
Work hands-on with multidisciplinary SBP teams and stimulate sector knowledge and collaboration.
Your qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of consultancy experience in the energy/utilities sector; proven track record in strategy, technology, and the bridge to execution.
In-depth knowledge of the Dutch TSO/DSO landscape, sector regulation, and infrastructure projects.
Experience with asset management, IT/OT integration, cloud/digitalization, and data analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management skills - from C-level to operational.
Strong affinity with mission-critical vital infrastructure and the deployment of technology for continuity and security.
Communicatively proficient in Dutch and English.
