We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer for the coordination of construction sites in the data center environment.

In this position, you will take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful commissioning of our systems on-site. You will ensure that the systems are implemented on schedule, efficiently, and in close coordination with the customer and the construction site teams. The range of tasks specifically includes projects in the area of commissioning USV solutions.

Your IMPACT:

  • Planning, implementation, and technical management of commissioning on-site
  • Ensuring the timely and contractually compliant execution of all tests (e.g., SAT/IST)
  • Documentation of test results as well as coordination and acceptance with customers and stakeholders
  • Checking and ensuring the operational readiness of measuring and testing equipment
  • Identification, documentation, and tracking of deviations, defects, and customer requirements
  • Updating technical documentation
  • Regular reporting on progress
  • Close cooperation with the Site Management team, technical teams, and customers on-site
  • Derivation and implementation of optimization measures
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
  • Maintenance of systems and project data

Your Profile:

  • Completed training or studies in the field of electrical engineering
  • Initial practical experience in commissioning or the electrical engineering environment (e.g., construction site, engineering)
  • Ideally experience with USV systems (e.g., Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens)
  • Confident handling of common software tools (MS Office, CAD, testing and parameterization software)
  • Structured, reliable, and flexible way of working as well as strong team and customer orientation
  • Clear and understandable communication of technical content
  • Very good English skills, other languages an advantage
  • Residence in Germany and high willingness to travel (up to 100% nationwide in Germany)
