Your IMPACT:
- Strategy: Shape the further development of one of our most important product groups and support the transition from local to global supplier structures.
- Responsibility: Take on strategic management of selected suppliers and independently manage important purchasing and development topics.
- Negotiation: Conduct price, contract, and business review discussions and create sustainable added value for Schneider Electric.
- Transformation: Actively drive projects such as supplier changes, Value Engineering, and cost optimizations.
- Partnership: Together with suppliers, develop innovative, digital, and sustainable solutions for the future.
- Collaboration: Work closely with international teams from Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.

Your Profile:
- Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
- Experience: You bring professional experience in strategic purchasing, Category Management, or Supplier Management.
- Negotiation skills: You convince through a confident appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills: You think strategically, work data-based, and derive sound decisions from them.
- Technical understanding: You are interested in technical products and manufacturing processes and can understand technical contexts.
- Initiative: You take responsibility, actively drive changes, and move confidently in an international environment.
