On behalf of our client, an internationally renowned industrial company based in the Biberach area, we have been entrusted with filling the position of Leitung (m/f/d) Logistik / Supply Chain Management in a direct permanent employment. The position is to be filled exclusively via Schmieder. Depending on experience and qualification, an annual salary of 120,000 to 140,000 EUR is possible. Ref. 46980

Tasks

• Responsibility for the holistic control and continuous further development of Logistik / Supply Chain along the entire value chain
• Development of employees as well as expansion of flexible deployment options within the logistics organization
• Participation in the substantive design of the Supply Chain strategy in close cooperation and coordination with internal interfaces
• Control and further development of the logistical organization with a focus on stable material availability for production
• Continuous optimization of workflows with regard to deadlines, quality, and costs
• Conception, planning, and implementation of logistics projects to increase efficiency and improve material flow

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Maschinenbau / Supply Chain Management or a comparable course of study
• Several years of experience in a comparable leadership function in a production and logistics environment
• Sound knowledge of production planning and logistics systems as well as routine handling of common SAP-Modulen (MM, PP)
• Practice in professional project management, ideally in a leadership function
• Strong willingness to change as well as competence to initiate and sustainably anchor continuous improvement processes
• Very good English skills as well as an assertive and convincing appearance
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working paired with high flexibility and willingness for occasional business trips
