Engineering Project Manager (M/F)
Your tasks
As part of a replacement, we are opening the position of Engineering Project Manager (M/F). You are responsible for the study and implementation of industrial projects, while respecting quality requirements, budgets, and deadlines. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of new industrial means and systems in order to support the performance and transformation of our sites.
In a context of technological evolution, you will also contribute to the identification and integration of innovative solutions, particularly those related to digitalization and the uses of artificial intelligence serving industry.
- Define, realize, and implement innovative solutions for the industrial projects for which you are responsible: purchase, development, and installation of equipment.
- Conduct and manage projects in order to achieve the expected results within the best possible timeframe and at the best cost.
- Organize and control the compliance of purchased equipment as well as respect for safety requirements.
- Ensure permanent technological monitoring and identify innovations capable of improving the company's industrial performance.
- Participate in the evaluation and deployment of digital solutions and artificial intelligence allowing for the optimization of industrial processes and project management.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in General Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in industrial project management.
- Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, notably digital tools and artificial intelligence applications in the industrial environment.
- Organization, autonomy, leadership, and the ability to unite teams around projects.
- Proficiency in English and/or German is indispensable.
What we offer
Remuneration range: Between 45 - 60k€ gross annual (salary package)
