Aufgaben
Zuschnitt von Kunststoffteilen (z. B. Platten und Rohre) nach vorgegebenen Zeichnungen Einstellung und Instandhaltung von Handschweißgeräten oder Schweißautomaten
Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten im Kunststoffschweißverfahren zur Herstellung von Komponenten und Baugruppen Sicheres Lesen, Verstehen und Umsetzen von mechanischen Einzelteilzeichnungen, Schweiß- und Baugruppenzeichnungen Anpassung und Nacharbeit von Einzelteilen, manuell oder mittels Bohr- und Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen Tasks Cutting plastic parts (e.g. plates and pipes) to specified drawings
Adjusting and maintaining manual welding equipment or automatic welding machines Carrying out welding work in the plastic welding process for the manufacture of components and assemblies Ability to confidently read, understand, and implement mechanical part drawings, welding drawings, and assembly drawings Adjusting and reworking individual parts, manually or using drilling and woodworking machines Carrying out quality controls
Ihr Profil
Anforderungen an den Bewerber Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Schreiner/in
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffschweißen wünschenswert - alternativ ist eine interne Qualifizierung möglich Kenntnisse im Anlagenbau von Vorteil Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Gute Auffassungsgabe sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein Requirements Successfully completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a carpenter
Several years of experience in plastic welding desirable; alternatively internal qualification is possible Knowledge of plant engineering advantageous
Ability to communicate and work in a team, as well as independent and self-reliant working style
Good comprehension as well as high quality awareness
