Your tasks:

• Functional leadership of our dedicated team in the field of personnel development in close coordination with the HR management
• Ensuring high service quality, promoting the professional development of the team, identifying optimization potential, and conducting professional feedback discussions
• Developing, introducing, and continuously optimizing training, qualification, and development programs as well as career paths for employees and managers
• Moderating demanding coordination processes with various stakeholders at national and international levels
• Further developing existing processes, concepts, and instruments in line with the HR strategy, taking global requirements into account
• Implementing strategic and innovative personnel development measures as well as ensuring quality and sustainability

Your profile:

• Completed degree with a focus on HR, adult education, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in personnel development in an internationally positioned company
• At least five years of experience in the functional leadership of projects or teams
• Sound knowledge of organizational development in connection with project management competence and agile methods
• Strong assertiveness, clear communication, and the ability to act confidently and solution-oriented even in demanding or controversial discussions
• Enthusiasm for modern learning methods and a good sense for people and organizational dynamics
• Good written and spoken English skills as well as experience in a global environment for international cooperation
