Do you provide uniform standards with your overview and your know-how in the field of process management? Then help write the Schlüter success story as a Specialist Business Process Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Modeling business processes in cooperation with subject matter experts
• Participating in identifying, developing, refining, and reviewing processes and the associated documentation
• Continuously ensuring high process quality within our existing process landscape
• Supporting specialist departments in planning and implementing change initiatives, process improvement projects, and process-related changes within the company
• Organizing and conducting workshops and training sessions for process modeling

Your profile:

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on project and process management along the value chain or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in business process modeling according to BPMN 2.0 across the entire value chain in connection with modeling tools (e.g., ARIS, Camunda-Modeler, or TopEase)
• Business fluent English skills in spoken and written form in connection with a willingness to undertake occasional business trips
• Knowledge in the area of MS-Office in connection with presentation and moderation skills
• Strong willingness to learn and change as well as teamwork skills
