Senior Lean Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Supporting the development of a structured training concept for the sustainable anchoring of Lean and TPS knowledge within the organization
• Independently creating and further developing practical training formats, as well as planning and conducting training sessions and workshops for different target groups
• Accompanying the practical implementation of training content on the shopfloor based on real topics and problems
• Supporting the creation, visualization, and use of key figures
• Identifying potential for improvement and supporting teams in the implementation of suitable measures
• Collaborating on the further development of the global Schlüter Produktionssystem

Your profile:

• Completed technical training with further education or a successfully completed degree with industrial relevance
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a Lean or Operational Excellence role with comparable tasks and focuses
• Ideally experience in the Toyota Production System as well as an internalized Lean mindset
• Confident interaction with industrial employees as well as shopfloor-oriented managers
• Experience in cross-departmental cooperation as well as ideally in leading interdisciplinary teams, preferably in value stream-oriented organizations (Value Streams)
• Very good written and spoken English skills
