Your tasks:

  • Developing and optimizing new and existing products in the field of technical membranes (e.g., Schlüter-DITRA and Schlüter-KERDI) as well as supporting plastic-appropriate designs in other product areas
  • Accompanying the entire development process - from idea generation through prototypes, mock-ups, and product tests to market readiness
  • Participating in national and international development projects as well as working closely with the relevant specialist departments
  • Creating technical documentation and coordinating technical details with suppliers and approval bodies

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of plastics technology or a comparable discipline
  • Relevant professional experience in product development as well as sound knowledge in the processing of plastics, especially in the areas of extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding
  • Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a structured way of working
  • Confident handling of common MS-Office applications
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Occasional willingness to travel as part of project and development activities
