Activities

• Warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to guests (Check-In and Check-Out)
• Operating the telephone system and processing inquiries
• Providing information regarding directions, restaurant recommendations, and hotel services
• Processing guest requests and inquiries
• Posting services to guest accounts and managing the cash register
• Accepting and processing reservations
• Accompanying guests to their rooms and explaining the functions

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or gastronomy industry
• Experience in a comparable position
• English skills appropriate to the position
• Ability to work in a team
