Quality System Manager M/F

Develop and maintain the quality system in compliance with standards and regulations and in accordance with company policy to guarantee our customers the level of quality in the manufactured products. Drafting and updating internal quality procedures and monitoring documents to prevent the manufacturing of non-conforming products. Raising awareness and training internal staff. Define and coordinate the implementation of the quality assurance policy (methods, organization, processes, audit) by associating it with control indicators. Validate the compliance of procedures with respect to the site's QSE frameworks. Manage quality projects in a proactive continuous improvement approach. Evaluate the criticality of major malfunctions and propose relevant solutions.

Significant experience in a similar position in the mechanical industry and metalworking. Knowledge of quality frameworks EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN15085. Mastery of product, process, and quality system audits, as well as problem-solving tools. Good level of English required. Comfortable with IT tools.
