Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will take charge of purchasing for new projects and client business, from estimation to securing supplies, while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

As the Purchasing Referent for Business Managers, you will work with the Sales, Production, Quality, Design Office, Methods Office, Sales Administration, and Logistics teams, as well as with suppliers and subcontractors.

Support projects and estimations: monitor incoming projects in Pipedrive, anticipate needs, consult suppliers, and ensure the reliability of purchasing costs in offers. Propose the most suitable solutions in terms of quality, cost, lead time, and risk, and participate in client exchanges on purchasing matters.

Develop sourcing and negotiate: search for new sources and negotiate prices, lead times, payment terms, and capacities. Verify qualifications and approvals, respect sources imposed by clients, and contribute to supplier qualification, evaluation, and audits. Update the supplier database and report price increases to the Purchasing Manager and the sales department.

Secure supplies: process purchase requests, track orders, and guarantee their availability at project milestones. Alert on risks of shortage, drift, or insufficient capacity, contribute to backup solutions, and monitor subcontractor workload. Ensure data reliability in the ERP and support industrialization.

Guarantee compliance and traceability: transmit client and regulatory requirements to the subcontracting chain, guarantee documentary compliance and purchasing traceability, and contribute to the prevention of counterfeiting. Have proposed modifications from suppliers validated, participate in the processing of discrepancies, and respond to queries regarding the origin of materials.
