As a member of the SCHLEICH service team, you are responsible for the technical availability of our test devices and test systems nationally and internationally. Our testers and test automation systems require calibrations at regular intervals. These are carried out either in our plant in Hemer/Sauerland or directly on-site at the customer's location worldwide. For our service and calibration department, we are looking for outgoing electronics technicians or technicians with very good organizational and communication skills. To ensure optimal support for our customers, in addition to very good professional qualifications, we place particular emphasis on friendly and courteous interaction with our customers. Sound all-round knowledge in the areas of electronics, mechanics, and general electrical engineering is very valuable for this task.

Your position:

• Maintenance and calibration of test devices in our plant in Hemer
• Telephone customer support
• Remote maintenance

Your strengths:

• Completed training in electrical engineering or mechatronics as well as professional experience in the field of electronics and measurement technology
• You are proficient in reading and understanding circuit diagrams, error analysis of assemblies and printed circuit boards, as well as precise measuring and adjusting
• Detailed PC skills
• Conscientious, careful, resilient, capable of integration, and possessing a flexible, quick grasp of things
• Logical thinking and analytical skills paired with good observational skills
• Innovative, inquisitive, and creative
• Independent action and decisiveness
• You are not easily unsettled
• Open to new things – even taking different paths sometimes
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Valid car driver's license
