To ensure our solutions arrive safely and on time at customers all over the world, professional international order and export processing is required.

You will support our international customers in all areas and bear responsibility for the entire export process of our sophisticated testing solutions.

• Central contact person for customers and suppliers worldwide
• Processing and handling of international customer orders
• Creation of invoices, delivery notes, export, shipping, and customs documents
• Organization and monitoring of national and international deliveries
• Communication with customers, freight forwarders, and authorities
• Deadline tracking as well as coordination of delivery dates
• Maintenance of customer, article, and export data in the ERP-System
• Support for the sales and service departments in international projects
• Ensuring compliance with export, customs, and foreign trade regulations
• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in export processing, order processing, or international shipping is an advantage
• Experience in accounting is an advantage
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Proficient use of MS Office and ERP-Systemen
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills and enjoyment in coordinating various tasks
• Strong communication skills when dealing with customers, freight forwarders, and business partners
• Careful working even with complex documents and deadlines
